1. What kinds of logos and emblems can I personalise?
We can personalise almost any logo, emblem, symbol or visual identity. Every piece is made to measure for the client's project.
2. Which materials do you use?
Our pieces have a PVC base, a premium high-gloss epoxy resin finish with a mirror effect, and LED Neon Flex lighting.
3. Is the LED lighting included?
Yes. All our signs include rear LED lighting and a remote control.
4. Can I choose the colour of the light?
Yes. The lighting can be customised to suit the project and the effect you want.
5. Which sizes are available?
We make many sizes, from compact pieces to large formats. The size is set according to the space and the project.
6. Which file should I send?
Ideally a vector logo, such as SVG, AI, EPS or PDF. You can also send a JPG or PNG image so we can review the project.
7. Can I send a logo that isn't a vector file?
Yes. Send us the file you have and we'll check its quality. If the design needs to be prepared or vectorised for production, we'll let you know before going ahead.
8. How long does production take?
Production currently takes about 5 to 8 working days, once the project and its details are confirmed.
9. Does the piece arrive ready to install?
Yes. The piece comes with the right mounting system and everything needed for installation.
10. Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes. We ship across Europe and to other international destinations, carefully packed to protect the piece in transit, with insurance included.
11. Can I see the design before it's made?
Yes. The project details are defined and confirmed before production starts, so the result matches what you want.
12. How do I get a quote?
Just send us your logo, the size you want and, if possible, where the piece will hang. We'll review the project and get back to you with all the information you need.
From drawing to light, in four steps
Drawing
We take your logo and prepare the drawing for cutting and relief.
CNC cutting
The 10 mm PVC is cut precisely, keeping every detail.
Resin
Crystal resin is applied by hand for an intense, even shine.
LED fitting
LED Neon Flex is fitted around the whole outline and the piece is tested.
