How it's made
Every project goes through several stages for a premium finish:
1. Reviewing the logo
We receive the client's file, preferably as a vector (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF), for maximum precision.
2. Digital preparation
The design is adapted for production, setting thicknesses, cuts and technical details.
3. High-precision CNC cutting
The PVC is cut to the millimetre with CNC technology, for perfect lines and a precise fit.
4. Applying the epoxy resin
Every piece gets a layer of premium epoxy resin that creates a mirror-like, glossy and durable finish.
5. Fitting the LED lighting
When the project includes lighting, we use high-quality LED Neon Flex for an even, elegant glow.
6. Quality control
Every piece is carefully checked before packing, so it reaches the client in perfect condition.
